How to book an appointment

For all other appointments, call: 604-987-9729

Our staff are available to schedule your appointment during the following hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00am — 12:30 pm and 1:30 – 4:00 pm

Please note: all examinations require a completed requisition form signed by your doctor.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hours notice or a missed appointment fee of $75.00 will be charged.

Some examinations require advance preparation.
