Diagnostic Ultrasound
Ultrasound imaging, also known as sonography, is a non-invasive medical tool that helps doctors diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
Ultrasound imaging uses high-frequency sound waves to produce pictures of the body’s internal organs and tissues, including muscles, tendons, and blood vessels, in real time.
We perform the following ultrasound examinations:
- Abdominal
- Renal
- Neck
- Breast
- Pelvic
- Scrotal
- Thyroid
- Musculoskeletal (extremity)
- Obstetrical, including dating, detailed, and nuchal translucency (we are a nuchal translucency accredited site)
You will need a referral from your doctor or specialist to book an ultrasound appointment.
Ultrasound hours: Monday and Friday: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:30 am – 8:30 pm Saturday: 07:30 am to 12:30 pm Sunday and Statutory Holidays: ClosedExam preparation instructions
